Mission Accomplished

With a full tank of gas costing a small fortune these days, the idea of putting your upset baby in her car seat and driving around for hours is no longer economically feasible.  So, the G-Berg family has come up with a better alternative: walking around the block for hours and hours.  And we have also come to discover that walking isn't always the solution.  Sometimes Greer likes for daddy to jog until the bouncing finally lulls her to sleep.  Here is a picture of dad and Greer coming in from a nice, long, hot walk around the neighborhood using the Baby Bjorn.  In case you can't tell, she is sleeping quite well.

Sleeping Beauties

Shhhhhhh.  I know all the parenting books will tell you how horrible it is to have your baby sleep in the same bed with you, but those authors have obviously never been dog tired with a screaming baby.  Now that I've gotten that off my chest, I couldn't resist the photo opportunity I found the other morning as Kristi and Greer were soundly sleeping together.

Learning To Smile

After a one month hiatus from the blogsphere, the G-Berg family is back and better than ever.  We have a lot to share, so we'd better get started.  In case you've forgotten about Greer (our 6 1/2 week old daughter), she is growing up fast.  In fact, over the last week she has learned how to smile.  Here is a smiling photo captured earlier in the day.
