Raise Your Hand If You Are 2 Months Old

Yesterday (July 10th) was a traumatic but great day for little Greer.  First, we celebrated her turning 2 months old.  Then, she received her 2 month shots, and I am quite sure that our nurse set the North American record for fastest administration of shots.  She gave Greer 5 shots in less than 10 seconds.  Greer handled the whole event very well, and she only cried for a brief moment before mom made everything better.

Dr. Halsell also informed us yesterday that Greer is a very healthy baby.  On her 2 week checkup she was in the 25th percentile for weight, but as of yesterday, she is now in the 85th percentile weighing in at a lean and mean 12 pounds 3 ounces.  Also, she is in the 75th percentile for height.  What else can we say, the girl likes to eat.  Lastly, Greer decided to put on an exhibition yesterday during her doctor's visit.  While lying on her stomach, she rolled over onto her back for the first time ever.  Mom and dad love little Greer and we can't wait to see the progress she will make over the next 2 months of her life.
